- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
- Non-returnable items include customized products, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please email us at support@tour-magician.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if necessary.
- Once we approve your return request, you will receive return shipping instructions.
- Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., receiving the wrong item or a defective product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.

7. International Returns
